Precision Lumber Table IO Module

The mechanical requirements on a large furnishing used for measuring and cutting lumber before being picked up by the robot to build a panel (Input Table) requires multiple motors and their complementary encoders. Along with this, the company planned to integrate a REAJET industrial printer on each production system (5 assembly lines, 5 units). This printer requires a push-pull 24-volt level encoder signal, while an additional processor for reading these lines is required for delivering the measurements to the company’s robot controller code on x86-based servers.
