Privacy Policy
The short version
We collect what quoting and building your boards requires — nothing more — and we sell none of it. Yae Publishing House Inc, registered in North Carolina, USA, is the data controller. Last updated 30 August 2026.
What we collect, and why
Quote submissions— your email address, your answers, and the files you upload. Used to price the project; retained as the exhibit record of the quote, since the fixed price contractually binds to what was disclosed. AI-assisted analysis runs on Anthropic's API to read your submission; it is used for pricing only.
Accounts — email and a password hash (or your Google ID if you sign in with Google), so your quotes stay in one place. Optional.
Payments — processed by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers; we keep the payment confirmation and amount as the contract-execution record.
Email — quote and order mail is delivered through Resend. We do not send marketing email.
Analytics — Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless and aggregate.
Who sees it
Our engineering team (Mountain View, Taipei, Shenzhen) to the extent needed to quote and perform the work; and the processors above (Vercel hosting, Neon database, Stripe, Resend, Anthropic) under their own data-processing terms. No data is sold or shared for advertising. Project files are shared with fabrication partners only after you have engaged us, and only what the build requires.
Retention and your rights
Quote records and their files are kept while the quote or the engagement it became remains relevant; delete requests remove the record and its attachments together. You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data: hello@yaepublishing.house. If you are in the EEA/UK, the lawful bases we rely on are contract (quoting and performing work) and legitimate interest (record-keeping, security).
Cookies
A session cookie when you sign in, and nothing else. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
