Who we are
This site is operated by Yae Publishing House Inc, a company registered in North Carolina, USA, with its design office in Mountain View, California ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. Last updated 30 August 2026.
Quotes and the Statement of Work
Quotes generated on this site are offers, not contracts, until accepted. Each priced quote is issued together with a Statement of Work and Design Services Agreement, executed by us at issuance; paying the 50% deposit invoice constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of that agreement, which then governs the engagement — with the remaining fee due 25% at design-file completion and review and 25% at delivery — including the three-business-day review window with a full-refund right, the standard of care, respin pricing, change orders, intellectual property and limitation of liability. You can read a sample agreement before requesting a quote. Where these site terms and an executed Statement of Work conflict, the Statement of Work controls.
Project materials you submit
Files and descriptions you submit with a quote request are used to price and, if you engage us, perform the work. You represent that you have the right to share them. We treat them as confidential, retain them as the exhibit record of your quote, and delete them when the associated quote record is deleted.
Studio orders
Studio items (cards, keychains, art pieces, demo boards) are made-to-order physical goods. Prices shown are fixed; production begins on receipt of payment; nothing is fabricated until you approve the proof. If the proof does not delight you, we refund the order.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Bank transfers use the remittance details printed on the invoice. All amounts are in US dollars.
Acceptable use, content and liability
Do not misuse the site, probe its quoting systems, or submit material you have no right to share. Site content is ours or licensed to us; case studies are published with client permission. The site is provided as-is; to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability arising from use of the site (as distinct from an executed Statement of Work) is limited to $100.
